Consumers want more fresh foods and transparency

  • A report from Field Agent found that produce is a popular category for online grocery shoppers in both planned and unplanned purchases. Sixty-five percent of the consumers surveyed said they bought fresh produce, making it the top choice along with chilled dairy products, and another 31% said they made unplanned purchases of fresh foods.
