POSITION SUMMARY

The Data Review Specialist ensures data excellence and integrity while providing clear communication and direction to Field Agent App users (Agents). This position helps maintain strict quality control standards for all Agent response data. This is a long-term, part-time, hourly position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize the Field Agent Admin system to examine Agent response data and determine if it meets quality control standards
• Analyze Agent response data for consistency, logic and completion
• Provide clear, friendly, written communication (as needed) in order to help Agents understand any response data inconsistencies or errors
• Be aware and mindful of potential project, app, or Agent issues, and report those to management
• Complete all work with diligence and integrity
• Provide shift summaries to management detailing time spent and questions or feedback
• Provide consistent communication with management and other teammates via Field Agent email, Field Agent group Slack, and phone
